How to upgrade or downgrade

Upgrade

• Dashboard → Billing → "Change Plan" → choose Growth or Pro.
• On a free trial, or once your plan has lapsed, you pay for the new plan and it activates right away.
• On an active paid plan, the upgrade is saved for your renewal date — renew from Billing then and the new plan activates once payment is complete. Nothing is charged automatically.

Downgrade

• Same flow — pick Starter from "Change Plan".
• The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• If your current listings exceed the new plan's cap, you'll need to mark some as Inactive before the cycle rolls over.

Cancel

Dashboard → Billing → "Cancel Subscription". Your storefront stays active until the end of the current paid period.
