These Terms & Conditions apply to vehicles bought from Demo Starter. By buying a vehicle from us, you agree to these terms.

Vehicle condition

Used vehicles are sold in the condition seen and inspected by the buyer. We share all defects we know about, but some may not be immediately visible. We recommend you inspect the vehicle, or have it inspected, before buying.

Price and payment

Prices can change without notice until a sale is agreed. Full payment is due before the vehicle is delivered, by a payment method agreed at the time of sale. Cash payments are subject to the limits in the Income Tax Act.

Loans

If you buy with a loan, approval, interest rate and EMI are decided by the bank or finance company, not by us.

Ownership transfer

Ownership transfer is completed as per RTO rules. The buyer pays the applicable RTO fees, road tax and transfer charges, and must insure the vehicle from the day of delivery.

Returns

Sales are final once the vehicle is delivered and the sale papers are signed, unless we have misrepresented the vehicle.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the vehicle.

Disputes

We will first try to resolve any dispute with you directly. If it is not resolved, it falls under the courts in Mumbai.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your purchase applies.
